Mental Health Family Hour
The Mental Health Family Hour will be returning this Thursday (17th) at 11am. We will be joined by Lancashire Carers and also an incredible woman who will be sharing her experiences of caring for her child who has mental health difficulties. Once again, I believe this will be an incredibly powerful episode and it is completely free for you to watch. We will also be talking about the difficulties carers have faced due to coronavirus and sharing what help is available. Please do share this with anybody who you feel would benefit from this.
